In conjunction with the Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and
American Express, we verify every first-time orders, including addresses, phone
numbers, and e-mail addresses. And once we establish a relationship with
customers, we do not need to verify subsequent orders.
We do have a profile on people that commit fraud which has
successfully helped us identify numerous fraudulent charges.
Also, we do NOT store credit numbers on our server.

switch long distance carriers, but it wouldn't work! Why?

Sometimes long distance carriers will perform a
"PIC freeze" which prevents anyone from switching PICs (long distance
carriers). You can remove the freeze though.
